We're celebrating Mothers with a flavorful twist on a traditional Kenyan favorite - Irio.  Spectacular in it's simplicity, traditional Irio is potatoes, peas, corn and spinach mashed into a taste and texture celebration with a special blend of spices. 

Damaris takes this up another notch by using sweet potato instead of white potato, bringing new dimensions of flavor and nutrition to an already great dish.

You get this along with an order of Chapati (deliciously flaky fried flat bread), and the vegetable  side of Ginger-Garlic Green Beans.
